Pros

- Some of the best people I've met who are very helpful and great to work with - Overall, the work is very reasonable with opportunities to explore within the company if you want to - Pay & benefits is above market average - Opportunities for solving all sorts of problems

Cons

- Higher echelons of management seem far off and sometimes isolated from the actual work in the company - No career advancement opportunities unless you carve one out for yourself - There are some physicians who are terrible to work with

Pros

Excellent people with an impressive history. Philosophy and mission are what is needed in health care.

Cons

"Lost their way" after the Meaningful Use dollars dried up. Have been trying to come up with their new big thing ever since. And have failed. Multiple presidents have come and gone to try to right the ship - all have failed. We're still waiting to see if the newest one will make a difference.
