Pros

Great people and energetic culture. Challenging work across all areas and roles. Reasonable task variety and opportunity to participate on both regular work assignments and one-off projects.

Cons

Limited opportunity for growth and development. No voice for staff with executive team, very little respect for field feedback. Poorly executed product suite that has failed to keep current so revenue is being significantly impacted.

Pros

Excellent people with an impressive history. Philosophy and mission are what is needed in health care.

Cons

"Lost their way" after the Meaningful Use dollars dried up. Have been trying to come up with their new big thing ever since. And have failed. Multiple presidents have come and gone to try to right the ship - all have failed. We're still waiting to see if the newest one will make a difference.
