Pros

Decent Benefits in healthcare but compensation is lacking. There are a lot of clinical people which helps knowledge base credibility. Product is strong.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Management is manipulative and self serving. There is next to no integrity. They do not honor there own contracts. Enter at your own risk.

Pros

Excellent people with an impressive history. Philosophy and mission are what is needed in health care.

Cons

"Lost their way" after the Meaningful Use dollars dried up. Have been trying to come up with their new big thing ever since. And have failed. Multiple presidents have come and gone to try to right the ship - all have failed. We're still waiting to see if the newest one will make a difference.
