Pros

The people working at Zynx are some of the smartest and kindest co-workers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I still keep in touch with former colleagues to this day. Also, the company's original mission really seemed to matter to everyone working there - it made me feel like I was doing good work each day.

Cons

Recent changes in leadership has seemed to put a strain on the rest of the company's culture and focus, from the top-down. It seemed like people started leaving the company toward the end of my tenure there due to the changes.

Pros

Excellent people with an impressive history. Philosophy and mission are what is needed in health care.

Cons

"Lost their way" after the Meaningful Use dollars dried up. Have been trying to come up with their new big thing ever since. And have failed. Multiple presidents have come and gone to try to right the ship - all have failed. We're still waiting to see if the newest one will make a difference.
