Pros

Flexible schedule, work from home Fridays. Good benefits and vacation.

Cons

Declining business. Focus is on selling and ironically that is the one thing the company cannot achieve. There is no CEO or president instead two inexperienced EVPs , therefore there is no leadership. Morale is completely shot. There are people leaving almost every week. Job security is deteriorating let alone opportunity for growth.

Excellent people with an impressive history. Philosophy and mission are what is needed in health care.

Cons

"Lost their way" after the Meaningful Use dollars dried up. Have been trying to come up with their new big thing ever since. And have failed. Multiple presidents have come and gone to try to right the ship - all have failed. We're still waiting to see if the newest one will make a difference.
