Pros
Only redeeming value is that there are some dedicated and very nice people who still work there. But this changes daily as inexperienced leadership continues to fire really good people.
Cons
Very inexperienced executive leadership incapable of running a company with grace and respect towards employees. Leadership is out only for themselves. They play a blame game and focus in areas that have nothing to do with the major issues at the company, so as to divert the attention that they are ineffective as real leaders. They blame people vs. product. No respect whatsoever for hard working people or departments. Constant badgering to sell non-existent products. Constant badgering and almost threats by HR to give high marks for Best Places to Work and other surveys. Completely disrespectful communications by upper leadership towards people who have shown true dedication to supporting the company. Additionally, there is absolutely no career growth at this company. Pay is low, bonuses almost unattainable, benefits are high cost and vacation policies or very poor.
