great coworkers - at least when I was still there - lots of layoffs meaningful work/products great work-life balance good compensation

Cons

C-suite is incompetent with no strategy on how to reposition the company as a successful player in the healthcare IT market values and culture are lived by the employees but not by the management no product roadmap

Excellent people with an impressive history. Philosophy and mission are what is needed in health care.

Cons

"Lost their way" after the Meaningful Use dollars dried up. Have been trying to come up with their new big thing ever since. And have failed. Multiple presidents have come and gone to try to right the ship - all have failed. We're still waiting to see if the newest one will make a difference.
