Zynx is driven to improve America's health care system and bring down increasing medical costs by making evidence-based medicine standard. Such a lofty goal makes going to work each day more of a mission than a job. Also, the working level team is hugely supportive, even when management is not
Cons
Zynx has an unavoidable bias to health care professionals. I saw many exceptional sales, IT, and training professional disrespected and forced out simply because they were not MD's. The opinion of the lowliest RN out is more valued than that of a PhD in some other field. Indeed, I know one PhD that was not allowed to use the honorary title 'doctor' because he was not an MD. It also has a huge turnover in management. I had seven supervisors in six years.
