Cons

Internal change in work culture from improving healthcare to business operation focus. Significant unexpected staff reductions of tremendously talented and passionate employees. Lack of career advancement incentives or opportunities.

Pros

Excellent people with an impressive history. Philosophy and mission are what is needed in health care.

Cons

"Lost their way" after the Meaningful Use dollars dried up. Have been trying to come up with their new big thing ever since. And have failed. Multiple presidents have come and gone to try to right the ship - all have failed. We're still waiting to see if the newest one will make a difference.
