Pros

At the time...Great honest leadership in upper management especially the CEO. Sales, Marketing, Content, Implementation teams were all respectful of one another and acted as a team. CRM wasn't the best, but easy to navigate and use. Events for LA and remote based employees. Leadership was very approachable. I was amazed that the CEO held regular calls with himself and a small group of employees from all areas of the company to learn from the field.

Cons

Hearst Health drove out many of the key people that were the glue of the organization. Friends of management hire their unqualified friends. No pipeline of products.

Excellent people with an impressive history. Philosophy and mission are what is needed in health care.

Cons

"Lost their way" after the Meaningful Use dollars dried up. Have been trying to come up with their new big thing ever since. And have failed. Multiple presidents have come and gone to try to right the ship - all have failed. We're still waiting to see if the newest one will make a difference.
