I will complete 4 years with Arrivia, and it’s been an incredible journey so far. The company truly stands out, not just for its competitive salary and commissions, but also for the fair opportunities it provides to everyone for growth and learning. What I appreciate the most is the culture - open, transparent, and supportive. Leaders like Kaustav Mitra, Victor James, Binesh Vijayan, Shivangi Dalvi, and Athif Kasu bring immense experience and always share their knowledge to help us grow professionally. That’s something I haven’t seen often in other organizations I’ve worked with before. Another highlight is the open-door policy: regardless of your role (Supervisor, TL, or Agent), your voice is heard and respected. And of course, employee engagement is one of Arrivia’s biggest strengths! The team puts great effort into making every event be it festivals, birthdays, RNRs, or our collective wins — full of energy and togetherness.
