      Pros

      Working for ICE is a challenge every day and this is exactly what I like about my job! The environment is one of the best and I would definitely recommend my friends to come to work for the company. To feel recognized constantly is extremely important for all employees and ICE knows how to do it.

      Cons

      A better technology is on the way and it is about time.
