Pros

the city of Scottsdale is a great location, near shopping and quite safe. This place came from metrocenter which is the scummy part of town and it should have stayed there.

Cons

False advertising to draw you in - advertises 45k pays $10 per hour (which drops to min wage if you do not make it through training) - advertises benefits; there are none for the first three months and by then no one is left - advertises onsite amenities, these are for a fee and whether or not the manicurist/masseuse is licensed and clean is up for anybody's guess (no license posted) - HR staff is temp to perm people with no HR background, tromp on EEO all over the place - trainers are sales survivors with no other background, the one I had was constantly leaving the room, what for was anybody's guess, to the point we became concerned as a class and went to HR -this is a churn and burn, most people are out as soon as they can get another job since the company terminates you when you don't make quota. - is not diverse - very few over forty, only token disabled onsite, loves young and dumb
