Pros

The majority of people that you come in contact with here are genuinely good people. Good spiffs to agents even if the person cancels. The company has made lots and lots of money over the last 17 years.

Cons

You work hard to sale the customers and that's the beginning of a nightmare. Every agent that speaks to them after the initial purchase is trying to upsell them on something instead of servicing them. Which leads to frustrated members and a high cancel percentage which takes away from the monthly bonus you try to obtain to make extra money. The fulfilment on the programs is very unreliable and minimal.
