Very difficult environment for Developers! - Programmer - Developer arrivia Employee Review

Very poor working environment, you will work 7 days a week and holidays. There is no work life balance. The in-fighting of the tech teams is unbearable and the teams never plan correctly instead they put out fires after the fact instead of proper planning. Everyone always feels like their jobs are on the line as the company switches back and forth from outsourcing the work to in-house. You will be brought in with a specific skill set and then be thrown into something else with absolutely no support system in-place. If you are a good developer, you will not stay very long. There are no "official" project managers and the acting ones are extremely mean (and they have no families or life so they work 7 days a week including holidays so you will do the same!) and unreasonable. If you like being beaten up come and work here, I promise you will get your share. this is not an environment where a developer can thrive, learn and continue advancing.
