Sell, Sell, Sell!!! - HBE Inbound Sales arrivia Employee Review

Micromanage ugh! High pressure sales, trial and error with the Home Based Employees, metric system is stupid. They need to figure out a way to filter out erroneous calls that are not sales because they effect your sales to call ratio. Need better support for HBE in the early AM and weekends. There are too many people trying to tell you how to do your job and when it doesn't work you will get fired. Just too dam stressful for no dam reason.
