They constantly "modify" your commission structure. They have consonantly underpaid for IT, and day to day software required for job completion to the point where some days it is unworkable and impossible to manage and assist my clients. They demand an account manager level of work and effort and preach how they pay more than most "call center employees" while completely ignoring the fact that this is Luxury Sales. They make many transaction and processing fees ETC that the agents are not paid on all the while trying to justify cutting pay and removing large amounts of commissions for a "beneficial" hourly increase that they decided to give new hires for over a year and ignoring senior staff.
