Pros

You're not on top of one another in your cube like alot of other call centers, checks are paid on time, people that work there are great

Cons

Gets more and more shady every year. Certificates fluctuate in value, customer service is no where NEAR what it should be, price gouging for WLCW, ridiculous rules to favor those who can lie their way into selling so they can let them keep their jobs, no resort or hotel inventory, and what they have is bottom of the barrel, cuts in pay, absolutely NO communication between the depts whatsoever, constant errors on the website that noone seems to want to fix,,I would guess because the company is making money off of it, and the list goes on.......................
