      Pros

      The environment in the office was amazing, high energy and very competitive. The work uniform was relaxed, was about to wear basically what you wanted. High earning potential.

      Cons

      Very cut throat, if you do not provide the numbers they will terminate you and in my opinion they do not train the employee's enough as well as expecting greatness without management helping as much as they should.
