If you can produce the job will provide you with steady income. Decent amenities if you work in the office. Benefits are pretty good. Career advancement is possible.
Cons
Regressive compensation plan that has gotten more so each year so you keep earning less and less ... micro-management and continually setting benchmarks for performance that are not attainable... supervision is not engaged or reachable when needed.
