Cons
Horrible management, especially at the C-level and HR. People constantly get fired for unfair reasons. HR is the most incompetent team you can imagine and they are constantly writing fake positive reviews about the company to attempt to reduce the crazy high turnover and squeeze their way into best employer lists. In reality, they are accomplices of endless injustices. For example, one guy was fired for opening a bathroom door too hard accidentally and hitting a wall but the account manager who lied about agreements and conflicts of interest with her former employer managed to keep her job. All the best employees either leave on their own or get terminated for odd reasons that everyone knows is made up by HR. If the parent company of arrivia had a clue about the endless violations committed by HR, they would be shocked.
