Too many other opportunities in the Orlando area to bother with ICE unless you have a criminal record - Anonymous employee arrivia Employee Review

Pros

It was near SeaWorld, great resorts & things to do on International Drive in your off time.

Cons

Preferential treatment, favoritism (and yes there is a difference), little to no management interaction/involvement unless you're into drugs, drinking or dating the management team. Lots of promises on the future in Orlando, ask the Economic Development Commission and the 200+ jobs that ICE was going to bring here according to ICE HR, (just about 150 people short of that goal too), but what a chunk of money they received from Orlando. Anyone with potential seems to disappear by coincidence or commonsense. All we get is more displaced Management & Executives who love to spend the Company dime (see line 2) while they are here. Just not a very uplifting experience overall, I had and have friends that work there, many can't go elsewhere & are basically stuck due to their past lives, but I would love them to grow a pair and write what they were/are experiencing. You do have a voice, at least through this median. Drinking, drugging & sleeping with the execs won't get you promoted or what you are being promised.
