Pros
Great people and great atmosphere. Culture was great but is slipping away. Was there for 5+ years and loved the first 4 of them.
Cons
Management and HR are destroying a once great company. Micro managing, and not trusting of employees. HR will 100% of the time take management's position. Sales has turned into a chop shop getting as many people to sign up even if they are not a good fit. Hiring too many sales executives with little to no experience and about half are fired within 6 months.
