Pros
The company is pretty customer service forward, which I really liked. It provided me with the training and experience for my now career. The discount is awesome and is even extended to your family (at least it was 3 years ago when I worked there) . pay was enough for me at the time.
Cons
They do track your sales, so depending on the management you get they may be obsessed with them, you don't work off commission, which some might see as a con. the hours stink - but its retail!
