The turnover at beMarketing is incredible. People leaving or being let go within their first 30 days isn't uncommon. Of their current 23 employees, only 10 have been there longer than a year. The 1 star reviews aren't wrong. The work environment was uncomfortable and the computer monitoring software created an atmosphere of distrust. Leadership went from one extreme to the other - micromanage you, or ignore you. The CEO treated his team unprofessionally by yelling at employees in a public setting, blowing off meetings, and belittling you. He refused to invest in employ employee training or professional development, by openly stating they didn't want to "waste time" training people who might leave. It was clear that employees were viewed as expendable rather than assets.
