Leadership: I thoroughly enjoy my time at beMarketing. The CEO and the leadership team are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. It is rare to find a leadership team that is this accessible and genuinely great to work with. I always feel supported not just by management, but by the rest of the team as well. It’s a very collaborative environment. The flexible schedules are a huge plus. The combination of a hybrid work week and Summer Fridays makes a big difference in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Deadlines were crazy and expectations were insane! Demands were unreasonable and management's the most brutal people to work with! They won't let you off work until you give them what they need!
