Just a pretty terrible place to work. It's really telling when half of their reviews on Glassdoor are 5-star reviews clearly written by the company's CEO in order to boost their metrics on here. Overall, the biggest issue here is a total lack of processes, procedures, documentation, staffing, training, and technology. They just sort of throw you into the middle of everything, overload you with work, tell you to work nights and weekends to get it all done, and then act shocked and appalled when accounts aren't meeting expectations. All the while, they hand you an ancient laptop that barely runs and expect you to perform every single task on that machine. The absolute delusion of it all. I watched employees burn out here in real time. Stay away.
