I had an outstanding interview experience with bidadoo. From the first conversation to the final interview, every interaction was thoughtful, respectful, and incredibly human. The team—including one of the owners I met—was kind, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the company’s mission. They offered flexibility around scheduling and were transparent throughout the process, which made me feel truly valued as a candidate. Ultimately, I made the difficult decision to decline the offer due to a long commute and financial considerations that didn’t align with my current situation. That said, the decision had nothing to do with the company itself—it’s full of genuinely good people doing exciting work, and I left the process with a great deal of respect for bidadoo. I’d absolutely recommend applying here to anyone looking for a place with strong values, supportive leadership, and a positive team culture.
Cons
The location in Kent might be a longer or more traffic-heavy commute for some, depending on where you live and how much construction is going on in the area. The surrounding area is also not the most exciting, but once you're in the building, the office is renovated, well-organized, and each team has their own designated spaces.
