      Work/life balance, bright/talented colleagues and values based organisation with lots of international opportunities. Large scale projects and very complex challenging work.

      Cons

      Slow decision making, quite cumbersome and can spend very long time working "within grade". Constant cost cutting and change can be unsettling for some.
