Pros

9/80 schedule (work 80 hours in 9 rather than 10 days, get every other friday off); Large, multinational, stable company.

Cons

Superficial assessments of situations, resulting in issues not being properly understood, managed or addressed; Glass ceilings limiting growth & progression; Lack of respect for employees; Talk a big game for how things should be, but do not implement these processes / concepts well; Not much access to or use of cutting-edge technology or research as one might expect from a major; Generally low morale among employees, then blame employees rather than address workplace factors that contribute to low job satisfaction & motivation.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
