      Pros

      Hard to find nowadays but benefits and salary are good.

      Cons

      No growth of career, no job security (moving to Hungary), slow decision making, leadership teams only care about their career development but not their teams. Lack of a plan. Management lacks competency and experience in their roles. Very heavy white people culture. Lacks of diversity in leadership. Too many VPs.
