      For an engineer working 7 years this place becomes very pleasen place to work. It takes care about people development (however, trainings was significantly reduces for past 3-4 years) -hard working people will get their promotions -great colleagues -good benefits -complex multimillon projects Great

      Cons

      It's rare to get assignments in outside of Azerbaijan for locals. Hope everyone will equally get this opportunity.
