I love the faculty at BA. I wish teachers were paid morein general. These people are so committed to the students well being it makes me want to stay on board.

Pros

Creative, great teamn with a sense of community. At BPA, the focus is on the student as an individual.

Cons

Not many cons, the some students have behavioral issues, so if you're not familiar with all the avenues of conflict resolution, may not be the job for you.
