Too few quality employees running this company despite the seemingly good natured owner who unfortunately is too disconnected to see the major pitfalls in his management, or lack thereof. Very poor and inexperienced HR manager and hiring process which results in many management positions being filled by clueless people without proper professional and managerial experience. Decisions by upper/lower management seem to be made on emotion and PMS. Upper management relies on the hearsay of lower management for much of the decision making without any further investigation. Management is very catty and gossipy about other employees as well as clients. Very unprofessional and unethical. Unclear direction and little to no assistance from inaccessible management. Zero feedback provided from management staff regarding performance. The management will make you promises that they will not keep. Most employees seem to have worked for the company for a very short time which should automatically raise eyebrows. People are terminated without warming very frequently. VERY high turnover--such that superstitions are rumored in the office regarding your likelihood of being let go according to your position in the holiday photo--why would rumors like this exist if employees didn't have to find humor in their complete uncertainty and distrust in their management? If you value your integrity and take pride in your work steer clear of this company and find work elsewhere. S T E E R very C L E A R ! ! !
