10yThank you for sharing these remarks, and, even though they are disappointing, they are important to us. It is not clear from your review what type of favoritism you perceived, but any perception of it may validate the need for management training. Frankly, we have not offered formal management training in the past, however it has become clear to us that more training will benefit all of our employees. We are currently exploring what tools we can provide management.
Regarding your comment on putting away the phones in meetings, often managers are required to stay connected because of important customer situations. And sometimes managers must monitor their phones even during meetings. Even so, we will be making sure to refresh everyone’s minds about the importance of meeting room etiquette. Thank you again for your feedback, as improvement is always something we are interested in, not only for our customers and products, but our employee experience as well.
