Dear former employee,
First of all, we would like to say thank you for having been a part of commercetools and having contributed to our success. At commercetools, feedback culture is of tremendous importance. You have demonstrated this spirit through this comment and we will do our best to reply with the same mindset.
Since our people are our greatest assets, we are glad to hear that you valued your former colleagues at commercetools and our respect for their work-life balance.
We are sorry to hear that you could not find a chance to advance your career at commercetools. Rest assured that our people’s development is one of our highest priorities this year and our People team is working hard to mapping a career development plan for commercetoolers. In the meantime, we enable their development by offering everyone a learning budget that could be spent on books, courses, or conferences. Salary structure is another topic that currently requires much of our tending. As a company in the growth phase, we are still learning to work on our compensation scheme to satisfy our employees. Our transparent communication culture empowers our people to have an open conversation with their Team Lead and People’s Coach about anything career-related, salary being one of them.
