Opportunities to learn, travel, and pretend to make an impact. Company not afraid to spend money on some items.
Cons
Very high employee turnover. US office basically run by German HQ. Internal competition (or lack of coordination) between product groups. Manager are long-time employees, not necessarily real managers.
