Terrible - Retail Sales Associate dd's DISCOUNTS Employee Review

Its a discount store & customers treat it as a thrift store. An Associate is required to float in many different positions. There is not set position. Sales associates has to be a back up cashier as well as recover their assigned section (very difficult during busy seasons) There is a general lack of training. You get one day with a buddy trainer, then you are on your own Managers sometimes forget that you have a life outside of work.
