Pros

Can't think of any ,everyday working here was made difficult , management never happy unless they have some one to talk about or insult behind the persons back

Cons

Poor management in the Scottish office , engineers are bullied daily by office staff . Engineers work in fear of losing their jobs if they view any opinions that management may take offense to . There is no room for a life at home when you work from Falkirk branch

Great work environment with a collaborative team. Management is supportive, and there are excellent opportunities to work on interesting projects. A very structured and professional place to grow your skills.

Cons

Corporate structure can occasionally make project timelines move a bit slowly due to multiple levels of approval.
