Pros

Good co-workers in certain areas of the company.

Cons

Leadership preaches the right people in the right places, including executives, but these people are the wrong people to begin with. Narcissistic, lazy, and a number of them -pure evil. Dorma is gone, all the good people have been fired or left, and was a true take over by Kaba - the leadership is all Kaba.

Great work environment with a collaborative team. Management is supportive, and there are excellent opportunities to work on interesting projects. A very structured and professional place to grow your skills.

Cons

Corporate structure can occasionally make project timelines move a bit slowly due to multiple levels of approval.
