Pros

Somewhat flexible regarding time off, but it depends on your manager. No consistent guidelines for this. I came from the Kaba side so can't speak for former Dorma employees, but again, the merger happened two years ago and there's no plan in place.

Cons

Upper management non-existent for all visible purposes. Communication is terrible and muddled when there is any. HR and IT incompetent at local level. Shutting down plants left and right and moving products to Mexico since merger.

Pros

Great work environment with a collaborative team. Management is supportive, and there are excellent opportunities to work on interesting projects. A very structured and professional place to grow your skills.

Cons

Corporate structure can occasionally make project timelines move a bit slowly due to multiple levels of approval.
