Pros

1- Flexible working hours 2- Good location to commute by subway, close to Namur station, 3- Management is open minded and understanding, 4- Remote working is available time to time, especially snowy winter days, 5- Very good product both hardware and software

Cons

1- Lower salary than market, 2- Not much permanent software developer positions, 3- Noisy and old building, 4- No coffee and no snacks, 5- Old and slow hardware (Laptops)

Cons
