Pros

Co-workers friendly. They'll quickly adopt good suggestions.

Cons

New product or packaging changes will be dropped on you by upper management with you left to make important little details work. The old adage " marketing or sales managers don't care of the heroics in the backroom, as long as the customer is delighted". They assume they own your time, so you have to appear busy, even waiting for a programmer to run it's batch program.

Great work environment with a collaborative team. Management is supportive, and there are excellent opportunities to work on interesting projects. A very structured and professional place to grow your skills.

Cons

Corporate structure can occasionally make project timelines move a bit slowly due to multiple levels of approval.
