- Good Brand - Nice & modern office in Zurich - Interesting international projects - Competitive Salary

Cons

- Middle management is incompetent (in GROUP IT) - Difficult to move/change thing, too much useless politic - Main goal is to cover the mistake of the managers instead of improving the solution we are building - Amateurism of the IT part - Decision are taken without consultation of the developers/architects - Title are given for Salary increase instead of skills (Tech lead for example ...)

Great work environment with a collaborative team. Management is supportive, and there are excellent opportunities to work on interesting projects. A very structured and professional place to grow your skills.

Cons

Corporate structure can occasionally make project timelines move a bit slowly due to multiple levels of approval.
