Not expected to work late hours and weekends on a regular basis like other companies Positive outlook, growing company, profitable Subsidized Cafeteria Benefits including Health/Dental plan & Pension Plan included.

Cons

Often disorganized & confused internal structure leading to duplication and / or no accountability which affects productivity and efficiency. Poor Leadership

Great work environment with a collaborative team. Management is supportive, and there are excellent opportunities to work on interesting projects. A very structured and professional place to grow your skills.

Cons

Corporate structure can occasionally make project timelines move a bit slowly due to multiple levels of approval.
