I just discovered the Employer response function on Glassdoor, so pardon my delayed response. Delivering on promises is definitely a value that we take seriously. It can be difficult however, for high growth companies to manage promises in their early days as the growth exceeds the infrastructure to support it. We are no exception to that rule. In 2014, we made a lot of investment internally to put the right people, processes and systems in place to support the rapid growth that we are experiencing as a business.
