I am currently working at eClerx as an Analyst in the Co Chat process, having joined the company in December 2023. My journey so far has been enriching, and I’ve had the opportunity to grow through various roles. I was promoted to PAL, where I played a key role in connecting with training batches, assisting with transitions, and supporting the knowledge base. I was also proud to receive an Outstanding rating during the mid-year review. Having now completed 1.6 years, I’m currently serving as an XPA (Product Ambassador), where I attend client meetings, communicate updates to the floor management team, and ensure alignment with client expectations. Throughout this time, I’ve consistently worked hard to meet targets and contribute to the success of the team.

However, my experience during the recent annual appraisal process has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated. Despite receiving an Outstanding rating during the mid-year review, I was given a second-rank rating during the annual appraisal, with no clear explanation or constructive feedback provided. To add to my frustration, a colleague from the pilot batch, with whom I worked as a PAL, was given an Outstanding rating and promoted to Senior Analyst. This disparity in recognition has been difficult to understand, especially when the same level of commitment and effort was put into our work. The lack of transparency and perceived bias has caused significant disappointment. It feels as though hard work and dedication are not being fairly recognized, which has made this experience feel like a poor investment of time. It’s disheartening to see partiality at play, and I’m not alone in feeling this way — many advisors have left the organization due to similar concerns, and you can find their feedback through reviews online. The past few months have been challenging, and the lack of clarity and fairness has significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the company. I hope the leadership takes these concerns seriously and works towards creating a more transparent and equitable environment for everyone.
