To add to my frustration, a colleague from the pilot batch, with whom I worked as a PAL, was given an Outstanding rating and promoted to Senior Analyst. This disparity in recognition has been difficult to understand, especially when the same level of commitment and effort was put into our work. It feels as though hard work and dedication are not being fairly recognized, which has made this experience feel like a poor investment of time.
