Pros

Good for freshers and someone who wants to move into Sitecore. As working for long hours with out any technical help will make person learn and deliver. This experience will help in getting opportunity in good company which has better work policy, pays well and understand employee

Cons

Company without any thought process, still exist because of hype created as Sitecore partner. Will perish soon as client now understand no-technical strength of the organisation. No help from management who are busy trying to save their job as there is nothing they can contribute. Seniors in this company are dragging themselves as they are not fit enough to fit in any good organisation. Salary is something which you will get never on time and just forget about appraisal.

No project infrastructure--no process, no governance models, no time tracking, inconsistent project management 3. No career path--no education or investment in people, poor working facilities 4. No commitment to the customer--focused on 'closing the deal', then hope the project is delivered, customers typically only execute one project and then leave 5. Unsustainable business models--50% annual employee attrition rate, 80% customer attrition rate, low-ball projects with no margin
