Pros

Dynamic work environment, supportive and amicable staff throughout the office. There's a lot to learn and apply. People are devoted to work with a lot of motivation because of the vibrant ambience. What I love the most is 'Flexi timings'. I take a proper nap before starting for office.

Cons

They earlier had an activity room where the staff members could play badminton and cricket, but now there's no such facility available.

1. No operational infrastructure--telephones do not work, internet goes down continuously, no accounting system 2. No project infrastructure--no process, no governance models, no time tracking, inconsistent project management 3. No career path--no education or investment in people, poor working facilities 4. No commitment to the customer--focused on 'closing the deal', then hope the project is delivered, customers typically only execute one project and then leave 5. Unsustainable business models--50% annual employee attrition rate, 80% customer attrition rate, low-ball projects with no margin
