Pros

Good support from colleagues as well as from manager. Decent salary with good hike is far good compare to other MNC's. Flexible work timing, Job security. As for fresher its good place to his/her start carrier. Planning to update to latest technology and really its appreciable. Managers having good stuff in product as well as tech too.

Cons

Even though salary structure seems like corporate but the management treating the employees like school kids especially freshers, For fresher you need to adjust and takes time to settle in this atmosphere. Expect basic training in product.

I really enjoyed my time working at eG Innovations. I worked with a very smart team and we were able to get a lot accomplished. My coworkers had great attitudes and I never felt like people tried to "pass the blame" when something went wrong. We all worked toward a common goal and people left their egos at the door. These are very rare qualities on a marketing team and in a company in general. I truly felt at home at eG Innovations. It's a great place to learn and grow in your career.

Cons

When working with a global team it can be hard to get that sense of camaraderie like you have in a traditional office setting, but weekly team meetings help to bridge that gap.
